Job Summary

Our highly regarded banking client is engaging Heitmeyer for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join its PMO to support multiple releases of its Enterprise Banking Platform that went live earlier this year. This role is 100% remote and requires working west coast hours.

Job Description

The core responsibilities for this individual include performing data analysis, JQL query creation, pulling data from Jira and creating presentation decks, and presenting the data in a meaningful way to senior leadership and stakeholders to advise them what to take action on next.

Required Skills:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst related role
  • Banking / Financial Services experience
  • Proficient in the inner workings of Jira and Confluence
  • Strong JQL and SQL experience
  • Sufficient Excel expertise to create pivot tables
  • Ability to pull reports out of Jira and summarize it in a meaningful way
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills to present in front of program leaders
  • Understand how programs run and how to govern to those program guidelines
